Digital health funding and deals roundup: Vytalize Health closes $100M round

Vytalize Health, a risk-bearing provider enablement platform, closed a $100 million funding round led by Enhanced Healthcare Partners and Monroe Capital. The capital will be used to accelerate the company’s growth in value-based care for seniors. Vytalize Health works with primary care practices serving 250,000 patients. North Coast Ventures also participated in the round.
